CONVERTING OFFICE SPACE TO HIGH QUALITY RESIDENTIAL

The proposals introduce 24 apartments as part of this mixed-use scheme. A Prior Notification Application to convert some of the office floorspace to residential use has been submitted to Bristol City Council (planning reference 18/04776/COU). We have included helpful technical information in support of this application, including reports on potential transport and highways impacts, site contamination, noise, and flood risk – all required by the local planning authority to assist in the decision-making process.
